However, we can arrange for clean up and disposal of surplus items with the approval of the homeowner or after a guardian or conservator is appointed.

I am sometimes contacted by a family to sell a home after the death of the resident. Can you help the family to sort and distribute household furnishings and prepare the property for sale?

Once an executor is appointed for the estate, we can assist the heirs with sorting of items that will be distributed in accordance with the instructions of the executor. We can also arrange for appraisal, estate sales, donations and disposal of surplus items.
